Hansgrohe: A company of firsts

Hansgrohe has been at the forefront of shower innovations for over 100 years, and the Raindance is just one of many 'firsts' developed by the company!

Take a look at our brief slideshow below to find further examples of when Hansgrohe brought new products onto the market over the years...

  • Back in 1953, Hansgrohe released the Unica; the first wall bar for hand showers. Then, in 1974, the first hand shower with a swivel head and 3 spray modes was released.

  • The Joco came out in 1993, the first hand shower developed especially for children. Then, in 2004, the first XXL hand shower which sucks in air and combines it with water to form full-bodied drops of water was released.

Whether for children, stylissimos, shower-and-go types or those who want variety when under the shower, Hansgrohe has been a pioneer of innovation since bringing their first shower onto the market way back in 1928.
