Get the (colour) party started

With our Vidal Sassoon Salonist kits arriving any day now, it's the perfect time to get the conversation started with friends and family.

To really be in with a head start, you can invite your friends and family around to help you open up your starter kit. What do you think of the packaging? Are you looking forward to getting going on this project?

Be sure to share your initial impressions with us via the conversation report tool.

We really want to see Vidal Sassoon in action. Once you receive your starter kit, take a picture and upload it to your dashboard to help us show the VS team how we're using their product and getting the word out there straight away.

Have got my kit and I'm delighted with the colour's I've received. I have already arranged for my daughters and friends to come over at the weekend for a pamper party. I can't wait to use mine and get rid of my grey. I'll let you know all about it.

First kit arrived - lovely colours! Can't wait to try it and see how easy it is to use. Let's see how it works as my usual hair colour doesn't take so well in certain places.

My kit has arrived and the colours look beautiful. Now, I need to find two reliable friends who will let me take photos. That means having a hair colour photo. Good luck to everyone else on this project and thanks to the team for picking me!

Well, the barbecue / colour party invitations have been handed out. I hope many of my friends purchase a product with the money off coupons provided.

Got my kit have 2 colours I can def use for myself & 1 friend will have to go hair inspecting to see who's liable to want the 3rd colour as it's boring brown lol Can't do a pamper party but will def take pics when I use the colours. WHOOO banishing grey :)

i received my kit on monday i was very pleased with what i was sent i have given one each to my 2 daughters and will be using the dark brown for my self .i am going to give some of the vouchers to friends and family .i like this hair colouring set as you get lots with it and the conditioner is enough to last a few days were as most you get only a tiny sachet that you use the once

Had my pack in the post yesterday, so excited I had to ring round everyone to tell them. I was so surprised at the quality of the pack and contents. Will be hosting a party soon when I find the Guinea pigs with the right colour hair!!

Got my kit Monday, took it to work Tuesday to show the ladies there, we spent our lunch hour talking colours and oohing over the packaging , contents of the colour boxes and promises to try out the product with the vouchers

Received my kit a couple of days ago. Will be trying the first colour on my own hair at the weekend and then will be ready to find others to try the other two colours. Carn't wait.

Can't wait to colour my hair this weekend, didn't get my chosen colour (red) so used a money off coupon to buy it! Now that means 3 of my lucky friends can try out the other lovely colours I got! Also loving the gloves, at last, a box dye with proper (black) gloves that won't burst the minute I put them on!!

My kit is due to arrive any day now and after reading the comments on here I can't wait to see if I got the colours I requested!!! I think I am going to be using myself as the Guinea pig hahaha :)

Really disappointed in the colours sent, I applied for the red, got blonde and two brunettes, none of which I can use on my own hair. Looking at the back display it also doesn't change hair colour at all, just covers greys. I've given on to an over 50 friend to try and we are going to try it on my brothers hair tonight. Everyone else is going to get a great colour except me :(

We're pleased to hear that your friends get to try out Vidal Sassoon Salonist.
We only had a limited number of the red shade which meant that not everyone got their first choice of shade which is why we asked everyone to tell us what their second and third choice would be.

Perhaps you can make use of one of the coupons in the kit and use it to buy your colour of choice?

We'd also encourage you to only share your samples with women seeing as this is a womens hair colourant.

Will use the blonde on mums hair in 2 wks when I go to see her so that will be a show stopper...lol..xx Will be doing mine the Intense Violet, then getting a friend to do the medium neutral brown, next week, so it will be all go, but the chatting about it, had been fab. Love the fact too that the money off coupons are for a good amount. This is a great product to do a trial on. Thanx TRND!! :-)

Recieved my kit a few days ago, was very excited to see the colours I had been sent, I'm dark haired and my sisters are blonde, so not too hard for me to find a willing Guinea pig, unfortunately I can't get a few of the girls round, so will post some before and after pics.

Received my kit and was so surprised with the contents. I can use the 2 browns on myself. Unsure at this stage who can use the blonde. Might find it difficult to host a party but will certainly upload any photos and feedback that I can. Hope the product lasts a long time as my greys soon come through the problem areas. Hubby usually does my hair so he will be happier about the decent gloves. Packaging looks expensive.

Sounds like I was lucky that I got the 3 colours I wanted so everyone was chuffed that they got their first choice.me,my mam & my neighbour did ours & were all really pleased with results.also the conditioner smells lovely & has quite a few goes in it.

Received the kit,done my hair but I am not impressed at all,I am more darker now than before and also I have a lots of spots on my scalp and is not good.sorry guys

The weather has got me outdoors today ....hee hee hee. At last summer has arrived. Got chatting to my neighbour over the fence today and gave her a voucher to try out the new hair colour.

I defiantly need to have a revamp in hair colour
As at the moment it's a mixture between brown and blonde
But it's hard getting out due to health issues so not been able to get out to get any new colour in months.
Would defiantly love to try this product and then spread the word of your company !!!

Plz let me join this team never recueved anything else free in the post before. We would use these Produts on a testing night and envite lots of my friends and my daughters and wife's friends over to use the Produts and discuss the outcomes of your products.

So I buy haor dye from Boots.I went with voucher to buy another VS .Aparently coupons from VS are not accepted at Boots.How come???It was very dissapointing experience.
