Our first impressions

We're among the first in the country to try out this innovative yoga platform. Robyn over at Yogaia can't wait to hear our first thoughts.

i find it quite challenge to do it ,im not that flexible and i never tray yoga before

Just tried the gentle flow and it really stretches out those muscles can't wait. To try the Cote exercises tomorrow

I've done 2 quick classes so far and realising how very un-flexible I am. Is there a Level below 1? :(.
Not sure if anyone else is in the same boat as me but would be nice to find out a way find classes which didn't include certain poses as I struggle with the kneeling positions due to an old knee injury.
Going to try to keep at it though and hopefully improve.

Tried a couple of the meditation classes which were ok.
Donna do the introduction to Yoga tonight which is for 60mins so hopefully at the end of this I should have a better grasp of the various moves.

Started my yogaia journey this morning. I'm a pretty active but disabled person and exercise is the best thing for pain relief. Struggled to get my laptop at the right angle to see the video properly but my partner has apparently got a special cable so I can watch the videos on our TV screen :)

I started watching the classes today and I really loved trying few of the moves.

For me they are very good classes They explain everything very well and I really like it. There are many levels.

I like that the classes are leveled and that the instructions are clear. I do need to shuffle my furniture around a little before each class to ensure I have enough space for certain moves. Would be good if an indication could be given before a class of the amount of space likely to be required as it depends on what moves the class uses.

hi everyone, just logged into yogaia and found a live meditation session that's on tomorrow that I'm going to try, I managed to badly hurt my leg last week so I've been out of action for a while, feeling really frustrated! the site seems straightforward and consistent across my two platforms so far, looking forward to trying out the meditations.

Loving the mindfulness classes, feels like I drift away into another world where all my stress is gone ! It's so relaxing

Done a few lessons now and though a couple are hard with pistions difficult to get in all in all if you have a good look around all the lessons recorded or live you will find something to suit your capabilities and you will start to feel refreshed and loosened up 👌👍👍👍

I am finding it very difficult to get into and actually do a lot of the moves and also quite hard to find something that's suitable for me through the app. As a beginner I would like to see a full 4 + week programme that teaches you the very basics from the start and explains thing's a bit more in short sessions.

I love the concept and would maybe prefer it for more general workouts or even maybe zumba style exercise but I'm really not getting the hang of this at all 🙁

Would love a few more very basic classes for true beginners as some of the positions on level one aren't suitable for people with mobility problems and physical disabilities other wise the idea of yoga for everyone is very appealing

I like the Yogaia, but I have some problems with this project and I can't find the way to report it or solve it myself. One of them is I share my experience with people mostly face to face and I can't find the way, how to report those, just the online ones. And other problems.
