What's your favourite pose?

Calling out to all Yogis to show us your favourite yoga poses and share your photos!

Whether you're practicing yoga in your living room, at a friend's house, in the gym or at work we want to see your favourite yoga poses.

Upload your yoga selfies here

Is it the downward dog? Half moon? What about the warrior pose? Send us snaps of you and your friends - capture your pose infront of the mirror! Or if you have a selfie stick - use it! We want to see your pictures and progress.

It'd be great if everyone who was lucky enough to make the team could send us a pic - even if it's the first time you've tried yoga, the teachers over at Yogaia would love to see what you have learnt!

Just done my first session, a 15min work out with shanine and have to say I was totally impressed and camy wait till tomorrow to do more sessions, I will say that I had to apply my external speaker to hear her bit once I did it was full speed ahead 👍👍👍

I have just tried to do a live class from my wii and then my mac and it says I am not supported, this is a real shame and would stop me from subscribing

Have just finished 25 mins yoga for neck and shoulders and 20 mins rejuvenate your spine. Enjoyed them both but because i have a back problem i had to alter some of the positions a little in the second class. Love that i can use it at any time and don't feel committed to be at a class with experienced flexible people when you are just a beginner. Can't wait to get the girls round for a class though.

Just done the stretch and shine, wish it was catered more for real beginners but I got the drift and did the best I could and can really feel it in my legs hope tomorrow's is easier lol

Have just completed my second session (2x15) and I can already feel myself getting a little bit better at stretching. Still have a long way to go. I'm definitely feeling it all over. Managed to get my other half to join me and he's enjoying it a lot #YogaCouple Definitely loving the Yogaia site/app. I have only done recorded sessions so far as they fit into my schedule a little bit better.

So far I've managed to do four short yoga classes for beginners and a couple of meditations. I'm a busy mum, so recordings work perfectly for me as I can fit them around other commitments, which is great. Cat pose is so far my favourite and my back feels great afterwards. Yoga 4 Kiddies was a big hit with my 4-year-old! She loved all the animal poses and her favourite ones were butterfly and frog :)

Have been doing this for the last 3 days or zdo e today's get . Its really motivated me to get more healthy it's just the right level for me enough to feel like I have done something worth while but not so much that I don't want to face it the next day 👍

just tried a live class, had to use my phone so everything was a little limited and small, i will try to get the desktop moved .
however there is quite a bit of video recordings , dont know if this will defeat the object, anyway give it a whril :)

We are so pleased that you're using the live classes, they will give you the support and help you need to improve at yoga. I would recommend using the recorded classes if you miss a live class or if you are limited for time.

If you can, remember to send us a photo of your favourite pose as the team at yogaia would love to see you in action.

I'm just looking at the classes on offer and watched a few on my desktop at work. I'm really itching to get going when i get home (no room in the office for stretching!) Have booked a couple of live classes for tonight and set a timer for the wake up recorded session tomorrow morning. I feel stiff and achy all over and cannot wait to get bendy and stretchy again.

I think my favourite pose for a good stretch is the downward dog and I like child pose to relax and totally let go. Have tried a yin yoga class which was lovely and the 15 min gentle flow yoga. Also a meditation, which was very relaxing. Love how they talk you through it all and I can do it in my living room.

Not sure which is my favourite pose yet, although must admit quite interested in the different names that are given for the poses.

Just done my first ever yoga class, I knew I was never flexible but my word doing just 15 mins with Roybn in a live class just showed me how stiff my muscles are. My son later come up to check on me and we both had a look at the recorded classes and for a bit of fun tried the level 3, it really was not happening and you wonder how you can get from level 1 to 3. I am going to do a recorded class tomorrow.

Just took my 1st class, yoga for neck and shoulders. So happy I did, I was stuck for days with my neck and finally I can move it without feeling pain. I am looking forward to my next class.

As much as I dislike it, I know downward dog is a great pose for stretching but my favourite pose is definitely cat or child's pose, they're so very nice to relax into after a more strenuous stretch. Loving the site so far, I've been trying to incorporate these classes into my daily routine and I find myself enjoying 'exercise' a lot more, I can convince myself I'm doing something good for my body!

completed the neck and shoulders yoga last night and it was really relaxing. Looking forward to other classes, maybe try one for my back next! I love the cobra and cat poses as it stretches my back.

I've really enjoyed the neck and shoulder yoga as well as the 10 minute mindfulness to help me unwind after a long day ... can't wait to discover more !!
