Hello and welcome to the team! I'm Robyn from Yogaia and I'll be with you over the next four weeks as you get to grips with Yogaia!

We've emailed your your 30 day unlimited code, so you can log in to Yogaia and get stretching straight away. Also, share the link www.yogaia.com/friend and let your pals get involved too. We work out best when we do it together!

In the meantime, do check out your trnd member area. Here you'll find all the important links to send us your Yogaia selfies and upload everyone's feedback over the next four weeks.

And do make sure you've checked out our Yogaia Project Handbook, it's full of useful insider info!

Hello!^_^ When i recieved this email i liturally jumped up and down for a good minute! I couldnt believe I was selected!
Now..I have never tried yoga but I have wanted to for quite a while, You have now given me this oppitunity! Thankyou Cant wait to get started! BRING IT ON!! :-D

So excited to have been picked!
Got up early to get registered and see what yogaia is all about, woohoo!
I've been doing yoga on and off at home for about 18 months, so got a very basic knowledge.
I've got friends on Instagram who range from instructors to newbies so hoping they enjoy the free access!

I'm super excited to be part of this project. Being a busy mum and juggling work and family life means that I often don't have time to attend classes. I logged on to Yogaia website this morning and did a stretching session in my bedroom, before school run and it felt amazing!

We are really glad to have you on the team. The 15-minutes classes are perfect for busy people like you on the go. I find that the morning is the best time to practice yoga and mindfulness because it makes you feel energised and ready for day ahead.

Morning All

Just finished my first live class. Great way to get up on a sunday morning. :) Brilliant idea. I have discovered that due to joint issues my muscles are really stiff so taking the class at my own pace and with the confidence of being in my own home is fantastic! Will keep practising with the pre-recorded sessions in-between the live classes. This is so much better than using a yoga book!!!!!!!!

We are so pleased that you're using the live classes, they will give you the support and help you need to improve at yoga. I would recommend using the recorded classes if you miss a live class or if you are limited for time.

Just did my first 15 minute class after dropping the children off at school and before I start work myself. It was harder than I thought it would be but it felt good to stretch muscles I haven't stretched in a while. Really enjoyed it and I'll be back on again later to do another class. I can see how this can get addictive even after one session!

Am so happy to have been selected. Did two classes with my daughter who is ten yesterday. I was reluctant for her to make a video for her you tube account but maybe next week! We will get some photos sorted x
