OLAY x Kelly Rowland Surprise Experience Competition – Terms & Conditions

  1. The OLAY x Kelly Rowland Surprise Experience Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK, its agencies, affiliates and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

  2. No purchase is necessary.

  3. The competition will run from 1 September 2026 to 2 September 2026 (inclusive). Entries received after 11:59pm on 2 September 2026 will not be accepted.

  4. The promotion will take place on 10 September 2026 in London.

  5. To enter, participants must:

    • Complete the application survey.
    • Submit a video entry via email to rupi@trnd.co.uk explaining why your nominated friend is the ultimate Kelly Rowland fan and deserves this surprise experience.
    • Provide all information requested in the application process.

  6. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

  7. One (1) winning pair will be selected.

  8. Following the closing date, entries will be reviewed and a shortlist of finalists will be created. Shortlisted applicants may be invited to participate in a video interview as part of the selection process.

  9. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by 4 September 2026. Finalist video interviews are expected to take place on 7 September 2026.

  10. The winning pair will be invited to attend an OLAY experience in London on 10 September 2026, at which the nominated friend will receive a surprise experience involving Kelly Rowland. The prize includes travel expenses, an overnight stay in a 5-star hotel in London on the night before the experience, and one (1) £200 Boots voucher.

  11. As part of the process, the winning pair will be required to complete a DBS/background check. The cost of the DBS check (£21.50 per person) will be the responsibility of the winner and their nominated friend and will not be reimbursed by the Promoter.

  12. If a shortlisted applicant or selected winner does not respond within the timeframe specified by the Promoter or is unable to participate in the required stages of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative applicant.

  13. Successful entrants and their nominated friend should be aware that filming and photography will take place as part of the experience. If selected, both parties will be required to sign consent forms on arrival granting OLAY the right to use the resulting content across paid and organic marketing channels. Participation in the experience is subject to acceptance of these usage rights.

  14. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  15. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
