Welcome to the PLATINUM dog food project - team wet!

Last week, we set the table when we announced the team for our Platinum Dry dog food project, now dinner is served because we’re officially launching the Wet food team!

Starter kits are being packaged up and sent out TODAY! Soon you will receive a noification from DPD when to expect yours and don’t worry if it’s not there immediately, delivery can take up to a week.

How do I give PLATINUM to my dog?

PLATINUM is a premium dog food with a difference. In your starter kit you’ll receive PLATINUM Menu Adult Chicken wet dog food and PLATINUM Menu Adult Duck + Turkey wet dog food. Every meal uses a unique Fleischsaftgarung (FSG) preparation method (favoured by chef’s in top restaurants FYI), which means meat is gently cooked in its own juices to lock in flavour, moisture, and nutrition. This is why it’s special:

  • Nutritionally dense made from fresh meat with no added water or broth
  • Nutritionally dense so your dog needs less vs other wet foods
  • As nutritious as raw & compatible with raw fed (barf) dogs
  • It doesn’t need to be refrigerated like some raw diets making it perfect for travel
  • Easy to introduce. There’s no need to wean your dog on to it or mix with their existing food, simply feed as normal.

5 quick tips for great video content

When you share your posts, think premium dining meets everyday authenticity:

  1. Plan your video

    Give it some thought before you post and make sure your dog is happy and in the mood to participate when you hit record! Your pup’s wellbeing is our number one priority.

  2. Keep your lens clean...

    ...and your camera steady (you’d be surprised how many people forget).

  3. Use natural light...

    ...to highlight the richness of the food.

  4. Keep it short

    Around 30 seconds, tops. And show the product in the first 3 seconds of the video.

  5. Make sure any audio is clear...

    ...and include captions too.

Your pup’s well-being is our top priority, so respect comfort levels and get them excited before creating content. Don’t humanise your pets for your content, we don’t want to see costumes, or hear voice overs. And please stay away from chains, chokes, prong or electric collars.
