What we think of IAMS

We've started handing our our IAMS samples and asking our friends what they think, but what do we think of ProActive Health?

We know IAMS ProActive Health has more protein in it than other brands, has plenty of naturally occuring Taurine to keep our cats healthy, and is designed with felines' nutritional needs in mind - but how does this translate to what we and our cats think?

Well, IAMS want to know! Our Initial Survey is now live, and this is one of the most important parts of our project. Make sure to feed back your honest opinions to Kellie and the folks over at IAMS!

I have been really surprised how our two extremely fussy eaters are enjoying Iams. For some reason it's a product I haven't tried before but they've taken to it straight away and they seem more satisfied after a meal. I gradually changed their diet, thankfully without any tummy troubles, one cat still likes a little wet food now and again, but so far a roaring success!

My cat likes the new food and I had no trouble transitioning her over, which I was initially worried about.

Basil is really enjoying being part of this trial, & I am finding that Iams seems to keep him fuller for longer. I noticed he is drinking a lot more water, however that could be because we are having a heat wave & not the food.

It's such a shame with the health benefits, that my cat is not really taking to Iams. :(

My cat is such a fussy eater when it comes to dry food, but he absolutely loves the IAMS! It's so nice to see an empty bowl. I have noticed that he has been drinking a lot more water with it too though, wonder if this is anything to do with the food.

My cat is normally fussy and not willing to try new things so I was quite surprised when Dexter tried the new food. He was happy and content and if he's happy so am I

I'm really struggling to get my cat to eat this. I've followed the changeover process as detailed in the handbook, but he seems very unimpressed. He's used to a dry food with a variety of tastes and textures, so this is a big change for him.

My cats were truly excited when I first opened the bag and have run to be fed each day since. their 'cousins' who they reluctantly shared some samples with are also delighted. Mine both look really healthy and have not been sick after ting since using this either

Cats seem to be liking the food - However think due to the hot weather they are slightly off their food generally. Must be hot for them.

My cats are often fussy. But both are loving the IAMS food. They keep wanting more. Pleased they are both enjoying it.

So far so good, my cat had a lot of initial interest in the food and dived straight into them. It's obviously too early to notice any immediate changes to his health, but so far he seems to be enjoying them! More to come as the project develops. :)

I thought my fur baby Bee was getting on great, she was eroding it down and I was starting to see the benefits but the last couple of days she hasn't touched it at all. I've had to go back to using her old dry food. The only difference seems to be the weather had been hotter but don't know if this had contributed ur not. I'm a just going to have to keep an eye on her

Bobby loves Iams. I used to give it to him a few years ago but he got poorly and was placed on a special diet. He is fine now and loving the fact that Mum has got him back on Iams. He wolfs it down and is looking healthier every day :-)

Since starting my cats on the Iams 2 weeks ago, i have to say that their coats are looking amazing. It is easier to notice on my black cat, his fur has a lovely shine and feel super soft. I recently used a voucher to try the wet food and that is also getting the thumbs up. Both the gravy and jelly flavours are clearly their new favourites.

My cats are absolutely loving their IAMS, it keeps them full for all their exploring until their next meal! Their coats seem so soft and shiny in the sun too! It's now become their everyday food even after the trial too!

The IAMS food is very popular with our cats! I will difinitely buy this in future. I have already noticed it is on promotion in ASDA.

My cat really enjoyed his IAMS. I've never seen him eat any food as quickly as he did this. I think he was worried that another cat, or maybe even myself, would finish it off when he wasn't not looking, lol :)

My 2 are loving it... After greedy cat turning her nose up at it in preference to her wet food, she is now gobbling up all I give her. Garfield however took to it straight away. I have noticed they are drinking a lot more water since they have been eating this.
